Each eligible individual may hold only one pa999 account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.
All information provided during pa999 registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your registered Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your current address. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
The pa999 platform is operated and marketed toward eligible adults residing in Pakistan. Before pa999 processes any withdrawal request, the Account Holder must complete the pa999 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. pa999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission.
For fully KYC-verified accounts, pa999 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees, as processing may be affected by third-party payment provider delays outside pa999's control:
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible. pa999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. Withdrawals are only available to the registered Account Holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
pa999 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts. Ensure your KYC documents are submitted and approved before requesting your first withdrawal to avoid processing delays.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pa999 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all pa999 bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Example: A Rs 1,000 welcome bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires total bets of Rs 20,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
During any active bonus wagering period, the maximum bet per round or per spin is Rs 500 (or the table minimum, whichever is greater) unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus wagering may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Live table bets placed under bonus wagering are subject to individual game contribution rates as published in pa999's bonus contribution table.

In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. pa999 is not responsible for delays in bet placement resulting from network latency, connection issues, or browser performance on the Player's device. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — whether via technical exploit or otherwise — will be voided.
pa999 reserves the right to void, limit, or restrict any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed in error, in connection with market manipulation, or in breach of fair play principles. Maximum payout limits per event and per bet are published in the sportsbook rules section of the pa999 platform.

Where no breach is established, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Account Holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC review.
Players who wish to appeal an account suspension or termination decision may do so by submitting a written appeal to the pa999 support team. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. pa999's decision following an appeal review is final.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pa999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical failure, or third-party service interruption.
pa999's total aggregate liability to any single Account Holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the real money balance held in your pa999 account at the time the claim arises, or (b) Rs 100,000 (one hundred thousand Pakistani Rupees).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit pa999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pa999 holds its gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through pa999's internal complaints procedure.

Where changes are material, pa999 will provide advance notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or by SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the revised terms take effect.
Your continued use of the pa999 platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
